Refund Policy

RoleplayAI subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of your current period.
Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually. Once a billing period has started, the charge for that period is non-refundable.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period and won’t be charged again after that. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Plans covered
This policy applies to the following RoleplayAI plans:
- Pro Monthly — CA$15/month excl. tax
- Annual — CA$119.99/year excl. tax
The Free plan has no charge and is not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions
We make exceptions in two cases:
- Billing errors — if you were charged the wrong amount or billed twice, contact us within 14 days and we’ll correct it.
- Extended outages — if RoleplayAI is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We’ll confirm your refund by email once it’s been initiated on our end.
